Parasite Detoxification
Parasites are micro organisms that get all of their food and shelter from living on another living creature. Sometimes that creature is us. We pick them up from eating food, or drinking water that is contaminated with parasites, or through our skin by coming into contact with them. The parasites get all of their food, from the food in our bellies. They usually live in the intestines, but can migrate to the joints, organs and brain, where they cause problems to your health.

Doing a Parasite Detoxification
Parasites are difficult to get rid of, but it can be done by conducting an herbal parasite detoxification, making changes to your diet, and having a follow up plan to make sure the parasites do not come back. Work with your doctor to make sure your program is long enough to take into account the breeding cycle of parasites.
- Herbal Detox: First of all you should do a colon cleanse to remove the buildup that the parasites have been nesting in, and replenish the amounts of probiotics “good bacteria” in your colon to keep the population down. Secondly, you take herbs which chase parasites out of your system, such as:

- Dietary Changes: through bad diet and lack of roughage, the bowels can become inefficient in eliminating waste from your body. To help push the parasites out of your body, you need to eat lots of high fiber food.

Although it can be difficult, it is not impossible to get rid of parasites by doing a parasite detoxification under your doctor’s supervision.
